Unfortunately the old saying ‘if it’s too good to be true it probably is’ applies to web hosting as well as other areas of life, and although on the surface free webhosting may seem like the ideal way to get a website started up for either business or personal use on a tight budget, in the long there may be many disadvantages which could set you back and inhibit website growth into the future.

Unfortunately this does mean that you will have no choice about whether you have adverts on your website or not, and also no say in what sort of advertisements are used.

This could mean that you end up with a lot of adverts that have no relevance to your site content at all, and could even be for competitive products or services which could compromise your own online business revenues.
