Most web hosting packages also come with integrated business email accounts, and these can offer a number of useful features that can help you to run your business more effectively.

Multiply Accounts
It is helpful to have multiply accounts for business so that you can sort and funnel queries to the correct department/person. Common business emails would include things like ‘sales@my.account’ and ‘enquires@my.account’

Autoresponders
These are essential if you are anticipating a high turnover of emails, as they allow you to respond instantly to a large number of emails with standard replies, which can be very basic such as ‘thank you for your email’ or more complex, detailing specific information to a range of queries.

Forwarders
This function allows you to forward emails on to another email account, and is helpful for organizing multiply email accounts.
